I wanted to make a card with the new In Color Poppy Parade since I hadn't used it yet. It's a bright fun color. I had fun decorating the cupcake for this card. I put some of the new Rhinestone Jewels on and then used Crystal Effects for the shiny icing. It looks good enough to eat!
