Mixed Bunch

Another card using the Perfect Details Texturz Plate.  First the plate was inked with the Pool Party ink pad, just turn you ink pad upside down, tap and rub it on.  Then it went through the Big Shot using Very Vanilla card stock.  The background you see is the result.  To make the butterfly you first punch out the flower with the Blossom Punch and then cut two of the the petals off (opposite each other) and you have a butterfly.  I just cut out the middle piece and curled the ends to make the antennae.  I put some Crystal Effects on to make it look glossy and so it was a little more durable.  The pattern paper is from the SAB pack.

Triple Treat Flower

This is the card we made at Stamp Club last night.  For the background we took the Perfect Details Texturz Plate and rubbed Lucky Limeade ink on it.  Then we laid or precut Very Vanilla paper on it and ran it through the Big Shot.  We ended up with this cool background paper for our card.  We finished it off with the Everyday Enchantment Sale-a-bration paper and the Triple Treat Flower single stamp.  The great thing about this stamp is that you can use 3 different punches to make it look cool:  the 1/2" Circle Punch, the 5-Petal Flower punch and the Fancy Flower punch.

Cutest Dang Bookmarks Ever!

I saw the idea to make these bookmarks and got so excited I couldn't stop making them.  First you take a 4X4" piece of card stock and score it diagonally on two of the sides from middle to middle to make a point.  Cut another square of card stock 2 3/4 X 2 3/4", then cut it in half diagonally to make two triangles. Adhere one triangle to the back of the bookmark to hold down the scored triangles (use the extra to make another bookmark LOL). Make sense?  Embellish the front as desired!

Sweet Shop Stickers & Paper

The Sweet Shop designer series paper and matching accessories in the Occasions Mini are so bright and colorful.  Also in the Mini you'll find these fun Maze Game's.  I was so excited to get them and make fun birthday cards.  Kids don't usually care about the cards they receive for their birthday, so it's fun to add a little something interesting to grab their attention.  I did this card for a boy and I'll share my girl card soon!  The colors are Island Indigo, Lucky Limeade and Pool Party.  The cool thing about these mazes are that you can remove the back and add any paper, stamps or stickers you'd like.  I used some of the Sweet Shop paper and a cute cupcake sticker.

Birthday Calendar

My friends and I got together a few months ago and made these Birthday Calendars.  It was a lot of fun, but a lot of work.  Now I just need to finish it by writing in the birthdays.  I'm a little slow!  We liked how most of the pages turned out, but some we wished we could have done over.  Oh well!  I'll share the pages over the next few days. :)
