Botanical Blooms

This was my card trade for my stamp club on Thursday.  I usually try to make my trade using the same technique as I teach in class.  This wasn't really a technique, but I've always liked the way 'circle' cards look.  Remember that this Tuesday, March 31st will be the last chance to place an order and earn some of these great Sale-A-Bration products for FREE!

Polka Dot Punches

This is the card we made at stamp club last night using the Sale-A-Bration paper, ribbon and stamp set.  It was a big hit and so simple to make.  I love the flower brads and coordinating punches for this set.

Polka Dot Punches

Sale-A-Bration is coming to a close - all of the cards I've made recently have used some of the Free SAB sets, paper and ribbon.  If you want to get in on the free stuff be sure and place an order by the end of this month so you don't miss out.   I'll be placing an order with my stamp club this Thursday, March 26th if you'd like to add to it just let me know.

Polka Dot Punches

I LOVE this paper from the Delicate Dots paper pack in the SAB mimi catalog!  It looks great with the Perfect Plum paper and the splash of Kiwi Kiss paper for the leaves.  The little button is a perfect center for the flower.  I also added some paper piercing to tie in with the dots in the stamp.

Polka Dot Punches

This ones for you Kari (my sister)!  All purple!!!  I've used Eggplant Envy card stock and ribbon along with some Orchid Opulence card stock.  The stamp was first stamped in the Orchid ink and then rolled in the Eggplant ink to get the two colors then punched out with the scallop cirlcle punch.  I used the Sprinkles set for the background on the bottom of the card and the greeting is from the Holiday Blitz set.  For the ribbon I just punched a hole as far in as the handheld punch would go and then threaded the ribbon through and tied a bow.  A very simple, quick card!
